I'm wondering what type of feedback/ratings these stations are getting from this trend of putting underground musical sensations (Odd Future, Theophilus London) on these well known late night talk shows.
At this point I’ve watched more late night talk shows (2) in the past 3 days than I’ve listened to the radio (0) this year. Consider me bagged.

I think what I’m going to start doing is electing a song as the “Song of the Week”. It’ll more than likely be the song that I played the most that week. I think something like this would be cool simply because it kinda provides a musical time line for me, which is kind of cool. No politics, no votes, no panel, just my choice for a song based on my feeling at the time.
With that being said the inaugural “Song of the Week” will have to be “Strange Love” off Theophilus’s latest project “Lover’s Holiday”. Crazy thing about this selection is that this isn’t close to being my favorite song on an EP thats 5 songs long.
*Edit* It also has nothing to do with that stupid ass holiday that falls on February 14th.
